This program to fulfil the pathway for Registered Nurses (RN) for career development in Renal Nursing unit as recommended by Malaysian Nursing Board (2018) Post basic Programmes. A market survey was conducted as an initial step required for development the 0organisation) sectors are supporting Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide Renal Nursing will contribute to better care for patients receiving long -term haemodialysis (HD) treatment for end stage renal disease (ESRD) in Malaysia as recommended by Private Medical Practice Control Brach (CKAPS) MOH and (The National Haemodialysis Quality and standards, 2018). Referred to the Profile 2020 IPTS statistic stated the private institution that previously offered the Post Basic Renal program. How are the learning outcomes related to the career and further studies options of student upon programme completion?

The design of the current programme has taken into consideration elements of continuing education into the field of specialization and higher education for career enhancement and professional sustainability. Graduates of this programme can further their study and enhance their career pathways through the following options:
